Cancellation Policy
All appointment fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. While appointment fees cannot be refunded, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule when availability allows. Each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, one-on-one bridal experience.
